This Flyer is for a concert we did at Liverpool University Folk Club in 1978. For some unknown reason we decided to call ourselves "The Flying Bandini Brothers" and as Nat was at that time quite a well known folk singer he was booked as an individual act too.
We were asked by the organisers to produce a flyer for the concert and produced the one you can see above. The guy who did the drawing, Barry's brother, couldn't draw eyes so we decided we should show Nat as blindfolded and gagged and you will note that the "Brothers" all look identical and wear shades - face it he was a terrible artist.
Unfortunately, many Liverpool students thought that the flyer was a joke and the Folk club organisers had to run round with a more "normal" flyer assuring people that both the acts did actually exist. As always it was alright on the night, the hall was full and a great night ensued.
